As part of the 28th Kazakhstan International Exhibition Transport and Logistics – TransLogistica Kazakhstan 2025, the international transport and logistics group AsstrA and KazAzot JSC signed a memorandum of cooperation.
The document formalizes agreements on collaboration in the field of logistics support for the strategic ammonia–urea complex project aimed at modernizing and expanding KazAzot’s production facilities.
Within the framework of the partnership, AsstrA will provide consulting and brokerage services, as well as develop optimized routes and an integrated logistics plan. These solutions are designed to enhance transparency and efficiency in the logistics processes associated with the project’s implementation.
“For us, cooperation with AsstrA is a strategic step toward improving the efficiency and transparency of logistics operations. We are confident that this partnership will take the ammonia–urea complex project to a new level,” — noted the management of KazAzot JSC.

The memorandum was signed during Central Asia’s largest logistics industry event, which annually brings together manufacturers, carriers, and distributors covering the full spectrum of transport and warehousing solutions. The participation of AsstrA’s European office representatives highlighted the company’s global presence and dedication to fostering strategic partnerships.
